✿ Elaborately embroidered nomadic cushion from Anatolia ✿

This is an authentic and valuable Cicim cushion, woven by nomadic women, presumably in the 70s - 80s, and used as a cushion.

It is not a Kilim cushion, but a rare piece of the almost non-existent nomadic culture.

We have only replaced the original material of the back with a high-quality cotton fabric and added a zipper.

By the way, Cicim means "my darling" in Turkish.

The motifs and symbols of the Anatolian weaving culture are diverse and have different meanings depending on the region and tribe. They stand for happiness, love and prosperity for the family.
