This is an authentic and very high-quality Cicim cushion, which was woven by the nomadic women of the Karakecilli, probably in the 70s - 80s, and also used as a cushion.

It is not a Kilim cushion, but a rare piece of the nomadic culture that is now scarcely found.

We have only replaced the original back material with a high-quality cotton fabric and added a zipper.

Cicim, by the way, means "my darling" in Turkish.

The motifs and symbols of Anatolian weaving culture are diverse and have different meanings depending on the region and tribe. They stand for happiness, love, and prosperity for the family.
