This is an authentic and very high-quality Cicim cushion, which was woven by the nomadic women of the Karakecilli, presumably in the 70s-80s, and also used as a cushion.

It is not a Kilim cushion, but a rare piece of a nomadic culture that is barely still in existence.

By the way, Cicim means "my treasure" in Turkish.

The motifs and symbols of Anatolian weaving culture are diverse and have different meanings depending on the region and tribe. They represent happiness, love, and prosperity for the family.
